AWB Consulting is a professional consulting business specializing in delivering high-quality solutions to all types of companies, including large, small, for-profit, nonprofit, privately held, and publicly held organizations. Our expert services are tailored to meet diverse needs and drive success in the longest-term, most sustainable way.  AWB focuses on the health of culture, leadership, pipeline, people development, and environmental thrivability.  Beginning with a consulting assessment, we will partner with you for improvement of startups, P&L management, process efficiency, leadership development, cost controlling, loss mitigation, long-term sustainable growth, infrastructure, technology, succession planning, and more.

AWB Consulting was founded and created by Christine Merriman after a very successful ~25 year career in the retail automotive service industry, with the aim to help business owners live their dreams while growing their profit the right way.  
 

 

A Message from Christine:

I’ve had the pleasure of supporting and working alongside cross-functional, diverse, and talented teams of professionals my entire career. My corporate time afforded me the opportunity to grow and hone skills in a multitude of areas. Leadership, operations, business improvement, process and efficiency planning, franchising, concept execution, and implementation are a few of the competencies I've been able to grow.

I am a certified business consultant and coach, an entrepreneur, and have helped launch successful startups in many industries. I enjoy helping business owners plan, position tools, and identify priorities to succeed in the always-changing marketplace. I welcome the opportunity to talk with anyone about the things that excite them and am always willing to partner where I can help along the way. 

 

I am a volunteer at The Trevor Project, a nonprofit organization that provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQIA+ youth. I believe in creating safe spaces and environments where all humans can be their authentic selves.
